Made arrangements with Jim on price and what time I would be arriving. Called as I was getting on highway. Drove 4 hours arrived 15 earlier than expected. They sold the van to someone else just before I arrived. They were doing paperwork when I arrived. No one seemed to care. Manager only shrugged his shoulders. They had my phone number and didn't even bother to call. Horrible people that didn't even say sorry!
