I had a scheduled appointment after work one Saturday. After waiting 15 minutes I finally got to test drive the car went inside with the salesman to complete paperwork and after being there for over 3 hours was told everything was a go (by the salesman who was told by the manager to proceed). When it came time to sign the paperwork the manager all of a sudden changes his mind and wants another pay stub after I had given him my last pay stub and printed out a copy of all my deposits into my account. Their computer would not allow access to my work site pay stub so i had to drive home to print the information and drive back to the dealership. Anyone could clearly see how much I make in a months time. I had recommended this dealer to my daughter but now due to all of the frustration I have been through i will send her somewhere else.
