Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Chrysler 300 vehicles. During manufacturing, the windshield may not have been properly bonded to the vehicle, allowing it to detach in a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 212, "Windshield Mounting."

The customer service was great!! I got up very early to take the train, it was running late. I finally got there by 3:40 and it was raining out, I called them and I was picked up taken Sky's office and showroom where they treated me with friendship and respect, made me a coffee let me freshion up, helped me with the paper work and offered me an extended warranty.I was to tired so they let me think about it and told take your time we know you have a long ride home.Got me out of there in less than 20 minutes!!!!I could not thank them enough for the hospitality and friendship and for not applying any pressure at all to buy the warranty which I stiff may do.I usally do not bother with surveys but after all they did for me and the way I was treated , I think they deserve to know what kind of an impression that theyHave on customers.Thank you guysJerry Pace
