Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020 F-350 trucks equipped with 7.3L gas engines and ambulance prep packages. These vehicles were ordered with Wide Track rear axles, but were built with base (narrower) axles. Depending on the body installed by the body builder, the inner tires on the dual wheel rear axle may contact the body.

Stephen was fantastic to work with. I also worked with Jeff who was equally good.I put 5 stars but didn't actually buy my truck from them. I will definitely go to them next time. They didn't pressure, just gave me the best price on the truck I could find. They were open to getting me exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale of what they had on the lot, willing to seek out dealer trades etc. They would even order me a truck built as I wanted at the price they offered. Great with questions, patient with answering everything.In the end I bought another truck simply due to what I found at another dealer in the region. I felt bad telling Stephen I had bought something else I stumbled on. Based on everything I had seen prior, I suspect the delivery and service after the sale would have been equally good.
