Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2020 Jeep Gladiator and Jeep Cherokee, 2019-2020 Ram 1500 Pickup, Ram 2500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Pickup, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Wrangler, and Jeep Renegade and 2019 Dodge Challenger vehicles equipped with 8.4" or 12" radio displays. A software error can cause the rearview camera image to remain displayed after the vehicle has been shifted out of reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rearview Mirrors."

I've taken my car here several times for service over the last two years for various issues. The last straw was in the October. I noticed my car was leaking orangish fluid , and I could hear a gurgling sound under the hood right after I shut the engine off. It took them no less than THREE times to do the job right. The final time I took it in, I was cashing out and was told it was $300 more than what they had quoted me!!! They "made a mistake" is the excuse I was given. Left the main part totally off the invoice. Unbelievable. Kris at the Service Dept. desk is extremely rude. She obviously doesn't understand customer service at all. She acts as if you are bothering her. When I told her the final time how upset I was, she couldn't have cared less. Worst experience ever. Won't do business with them again. I'll go to Sioux Falls before I'd deal with this place!
