From the internet to the time I drove away in my new Mercedes. I can honestly say that the process was very smooth. I got the car I wanted with absolutely no haggling or any pressure. I had the pleasure of meeting David Snyder, who in my opinion, is an excellent Sales Consultant. He was never pushy, just pleasant throughout the whole process. It was truly a wonderful experience. I was so happy with his professionalism and ability to answer all my questions accurately. I would also like to acknowledge the woman who was successful in finding me an APR that was lower than the one I was pre-approved for before I walked into the dealership.
