On Monday November 14, 2016 had my 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman towed to dealership due to check engine light on and car kept cutting off. Spoke to Manager Matthew Martin who assured me he would do everything to work with me and that customer service is the company number one policy. The diagnosis was a leaking water pump, found faults in the coolant temp sensor and check engine light on. I was amazed at the service. Mr. Martin honored my warranty and informed me all repairs would be taken cared of. I will continue to travel the extra mile for great service.
