Bought a 2016 Ford Flex back on July 5,2016. Traded i FordTransit Connect. They were short on payoff by $46. Told salesman who sold me the car,General Manager, and Controller about problem! Even had bank send a fax to them about it! Still balance of $46., and this goes against my credit rating not theirs! It's also holding up refund of myGap Ins. thru bank. They get title till it's paid off. Nothing seems to get them to do anything.
