1st time there. Called 2 days before to make an appointment.Arrived on time and gave the service advsior all the info whichI had previously given when I made appointment. Was told tohave a seat in the lounge and it would probably be a couple ofhours. Hour and a half later, serivice advisor said that they werebacked up and would not be able to even look at my vehicleuntil 1:30 or 2.. i I said forget it and went home. My first timethere and it will be my last.
