Poor followup, poor coordination, and poor communication from the salesman thru the Gen Mgr.I personally called the General manager earl Hudson 3 times to speak with him about our experience.I have yet to hear back from him, I guess he does not like talking to his customers!!Not a surprise the rest of the organization acts the way it does.I highly recommend you try another dealership!
