I can't thank enough Jay Mulic the body shop manager. While I was out of the country he eent above and beyond his job description to get her car back to perfect condition after her car was hit while parked. He set up the tow dealt with the insurance and took care of her front bumper that had nothing to do with the accident. Very professional and caring. I will not hesitate to recommend Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn and the whole service department to everyone. Thank you again Jay!!!!!!
