I was shopping on line and have had several strange experiences with other Mitsubishi Dealers. When I contact Tim at J&S Mitsubishi I felt as if I knew him forever. He was extremely helpful with my situation. I don't have the best credit, but he made me feel as if I was just as important as any other customer.
