I'm a long time multiple Toyota owner, but Bill Penney Toyota will never get my business again. The Sales Team oversold promises they couldn't keep and the Service department has been huge compost heap of issues. Bill Penney has managed to turn new car purchase excitement into buyer's remorse nightmare. That is all.
