This was my first time buying at a dealer, and I was pretty nervous-you hear so many stories of high pressure sales, and I was going solo. I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, and low-pressure the process was! Tim Laurie took excellent care of me, asked me lots of questions to figure out what exactly I needed-the vehicle I left with wasn't what I had in mind when I went in, but it is actually the perfect vehicle for me. They know their inventory, they know the vehicles, and just by describing what I needed, he figured out what worked best for my needs. I'm completely satisfied. The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The finance staff who helped me were very clear when explaining the details, and took the time to answer all my questions. Even the other dealers who weren't taking care of me were helpful and friendly! It helped to make the process stress free. I've had several follow up questions, and Tim has been available to answer every question, and even called to check in after the sale, to make sure I was happy and still loving my Escape.
