Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2021 Atlas Cross Sport, Tiguan LWB, Jetta NF, Jetta GLI, Golf GTI, Atlas FL and Arteon vehicles. The rear view camera could malfunction during an ignition cycle, leading to a black screen or infotainment system freeze. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

We had went a few days earlier to purchasing our car and test drove it with Vince Luca, who was super nice and helpful and not pushy at all. We hadn't done much car shopping and decided to wait to see some other vehicles to make sure we wanted this specific vehicle. We ended up back a 3 Rivers, because not only were the cars there a better deal, and better quality, but Vince was the only salesman from all the dealerships that we actually felt cared about what we needed and wanted in a vehicle, and didn't want to just push what he wanted on us. So we ended up being able to buy the car we had test driven, at a great price, in record time (which included getting us financed), and driving it home that day. They were even so great as to hold our down payment check until our money came through! Vince went over all our car's new special features and made sure we knew the ins and outs before leaving, and Derrick told us about their service station for any future needs, so that we'd be completely satisfied and VW savvy! Just an overall great experience!
