I brought my car in because the left brakelight was out; both were replaced to forestall a future service call. A factory service adjustment (software), of which I was previously unaware, was also completed, all fluids, air pressure etc. were checked, and the car was washed and ready at the time promised. I know that much of this is SOP, but it never fails to please and impress me.
