We came in on a Sunday, May 1 and was greeted by a warm face (Ms. Connie) asked every question she could so she could cater to our pickie needs and wants and shared personal car buying stories with us and she helped my husband and I pick out a 2012 Toyota Camry which I wasn't really thrilled about, however, she started to give me so much information on this car that she ended up winning me over and I am so thankful she did. She informed us she could only hold the car for 3 days, but she held that baby till the following Saturday. We didn't close the sale with her but the young lady she had to take care of us WAS THE BOMB!!! I can't remember if her name was Lachelle or Rachelle but nevertheless SHE WAS JUST AS GREAT!!!! We loved our experience with them and we are so thankful for them that we will forever be SATISFIED CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!!! THANK YOU CARMAX ON THORNTON RD in Lithia Springs, Ga.
