In 2004 I bought an 2005 Dodge ram 3500 from Blue Ribbon Dodge, I still own this vehicle, and too this day any service that has been done, has been done by Blue Ribbon Dodge. On Friday November,6 2015 for the 19th time in the life of the truck I took in for an oil change. Today November,11 I was looking over the service sheet which indicated the air pressure in the tires had been checked, all four had been checked with the pressure of each written down. the only problem with this is there are six tires on this truck. So with this I started I started to look at other things on this list. What I found was this truck dose have a few grease zerks on it, none had been greased. the bad thing about this was I found one off the tie rod ends bad didn't look like it been greased in several services. With this said here's my concern. I have trusted my truck to the service department of Blue Ribbon for 11 years on the 24th of this mouth, it makes me wonder what else they haven't done. My review would be I believe the dealership as a whole would rate very good, but there service department has issues and until something is done to do what people pay them to do, go some where else or go over it with a fine tooth comb before you leave. shouldn't have to do that, I trusted you with my truck want happen again.
