It was easy to buy our first ever VW through this dealer because Raj Mishra was open to negotiating through the phone, text, and email before we ever had to set foot in the dealership offices. As busy people, my husband and I didn't want to spend too much of our free time at a dealership so Raj's openness to texting and emailing was key in helping us feel like he values our time. Once we had settled on a final OTD price, it was nice to go in and finally match a face to the name. Raj kept his word the whole way through and showed us our car that he had reserved with our deposit. The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. We got to know Raj and his laissez faire selling style in person, test drive our new car, and play around with the computerized apple car program.
