If you're like most people and actually work for a living and thus don't have time to physically visit the dealership, then PLEASE don't waste your time trying to do anything with them via phone or Internet. They will seem eager to help you, but if they can't make a deal with you in the first 5 minutes of talking to you even after you have filled out the online credit application, they will forget you exist and never call your back. My entire dealings with them took over a month and a half and they never even told me if or what I was approved for. I had to call them multiple times and never got an answer. Avoid this place like the plague!
