My experience with both service personnel, primarily Tracey (sp?) during my last visit, and the quality of work product produced by the maintenance personnel has been exemplary. Absolutely no reservations re Houston North although my single emergency repair experience with M-B's Clear Lake facility was also more than satisfactory due to the efforts of a Service Manager named Greg.
