Immediately, IMMEDIATELY he was about how Charlie's, not him, could make us happy. His knowledge of the vehicles was excellent. His follow-up, amazing. What impressed me the most...it was about the customer, not the money...more importantly, Joe is obviously passionate about the company he was representing. Charlie's has a life-long customer now because of this team. Not just because of Joe, but the Sales Manager John and the Finance Manager Roger. The no pressure approach was also a plus. It was THE best experience purchasing a car...and I've been purchasing them for over 30 years.
