We found a certified 2015 Sienna Toyota with low, low mileage in just the color we wanted on Carfax. Only downside was that it was at Toyota of Hackensack, which involved taking two bridges and the Cross Bronx Expressway from our home on Long Island. But the travel (and traffic) were well worth it! The purchase went smoothly, thanks to the professionalism and customer concern of our salesperson, Melissa, who, along with sales manager Mario helped us stay within our budget, always called us back promptly during the purchase process, and even came in early on delivery day so we could pick up the vehicle before the dreaded rush hour traffic started. Vehicle is beautiful -- almost new in wonderful condition. The dealership handled getting the NY registration so we coiuld transfer our plates, and Rosa helped us by overnighting the registration when it came in.
