I took my 2006 for an alignment, they performed a recall and told me the truck could not be aligned due to bent front differential, but could not show me where the damage was located. I explained the truck had offset ball joints that needed rotation to bring the camber into adjustment. The service technician recommended a new differential housing that cost over $3500 before any labor. I took my truck to Rolling Rubber and they were able to align the front end. The service department was trying to run the cost of my repair thru the roof. I'm lucky I have some knowledge of automobile service or it could have cost me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
