MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE SALES AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS DEALER. MY SALESMAN TOMMY FOULS WAS VERY NICE BEFORE AND DURING THE SALE. THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN THE SALE WAS OVER AND WE HAD QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FINANCE, WE EXPLAINED THAT THE PAYMENTS WERE TO HIGH AND MR. FOULES SAID HE WOULD TALK TO THE MGT.AND THEY WILL GET IT DOWN. WELL THAT DID'T HAPPEN, HE OFFFERED US A $500.00 REFUND TO PUT TOWARD THE PAYMENT. WE DIDN'T LIKE IT BUT SAID OK. EVEY TIME I CALLED TO SEE WHEN WE WERE GETTING THE $500.00 WE GOT A BS STORY. THE LAST TIME I SPOKE TO MR. FOULS HE SAID THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD GIVE US SOME FREE OIL CHANGES INSTEAD OF THE $500.00, I TOLD HIM I WASN'T GOING TO DRIVE 45 MIN. EACH WAY FOR A LOUSY OIL CHANGE.MR.FOULS SAID HE WAS WORKING OF US AND TALK TO HIS MANAGER AGAIN AND CALL ME BACK. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO, NOT A WORD.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MATTHEWS-CURRIE FORD.
