My key fob kept sticking in my ignition of my 2012 Ram truck. I took it to the service department of Patterson in Marshall after being told by a Dodge store in Shreveport that it would be 2 weeks before they could get to it and then it would be a 3 day job. Patterson did the work in same day I took it to them. They were prompt and courteous. A job well done was worth the drive from Shpt. to Marshall.
