I originally picked Jan from pictures of the sales staff online. She had that girl next door/ honest look. I called and set a future time with her, letting her know the Lexus model I was interested in. She was helpful, and understanding of my time frame. During the ordering process I now know that Jan was aware that I probably wasn't sure of my choice.Several weeks later I called Jan to let her know I had changed my mind on the features I wanted.She was understanding, and efficient in turning things around quicly for me!
