Last weekend, I brought my car in to have the oil changed. As I stepped out of the car, I realized I had forgotten my purse. My mom had recently passed and I had been on very little sleep. I wasn't surprised at all that something like this had happened. As I was calling an uber to bring me back to grab my purse, Nathan noticed my dilema. He approached me and offered a solution. He then went above and beyond until my situation was resolved. I have always appreciated the excellent service I have gotten at this dealership. Everyone here has 'always' made me feel like 'more than just another customer'. For this reason I continue to drive out here from my current home in Oak Park. However, what Nathan did that day to help me out made me also feel like 'family'.
