I bought a new 2015 Toyota RAV4 on December 1st and was most impressed by the informative young sales consultant Greg Power who explained and answered every question so well; further, the purchasing and financial details were so carefully and professionally handled by Jaime Torres that it was a indeed a pleasure; and lastly, Duncan Lautze was great with even further advice in the Parts Dept. The entire team was just great in every respect and what I had dreaded as an endless afternoon of haggling (as I have experienced elsewhere!) was replaced by a really pleasant, highly professional experience.
