This was our last stop of the way home having been to the Lexus, Acura, and Nissan dealerships and frankly there was not going to be a new car for us! Lots of double talk and you must buy this car, today! Then we stopped, at Mercedes-Benz of Noth Palm Beach. This, by far, was an over the top experience. Salesman was knowledgeable but not pushy. Helped us to compare models, pros and cons for our needs not what was the best sale for the dealership, that day. Within an hour we had purchased a new car. When we returned to pick-up the car, all the paperwork was ready for signatures and the car was awaiting us, outside. That would have been enough but there was more, a very tech-savvy young man slid into the backseat and proceed to gives us hands on instruction for operating the technology, in the car. An hour later, yes, we are slow to learn we left with the dealership with the techs card in hand in case we needed an additional tutorial, which indeed we did when we tried to program the garage opener. We have been back for other issues and the service continues to be first rate. Bravo Mercedes-Benz of North Palm Beach, you have made a friend for life and hopefully others after having read this review.
