Customer Service: 1 Quality Of Repair: 1 Overall Facilities: 3

Worse experience I've ever had with a dealership. I have had my 2007 Camry for four years and have always gotten my oil changed at Lewis Toyota, and several weeks ago I noticed my oil pan was leaking the entire three quarts within a matter of two days. After bringing it back to them to fix, they retapped it and gave it back to me still leaking. They pretty much told me it was "good enough." So I took it back and demanded they fix it since they caused the leak, and they sent me a bill for $206 and hadn't even fixed the leak. They gave my car back to me, sent me a bill, while they knew my car was STILL leaking. Excuse me for expecting a problem to be fixed if you're going to bill me. After a long phone argument they dropped the charge and now I'm stuck needing an oil pan replacement and you can guarantee I'm not having any of the Lewis Toyota employees near my car again.
