I had called about a used prius V, that was on the Web site. Peter returned my call and said that it was still available, and invited me to see/test drive it. We agreed to meet at 3:00 that day (11/26). When I arrived, Peter had the vehicle parked near the entrance. After the test drive I told Peter that I also had a Tacoma that I would like to trade in. We then went through the negotiating process and the deal was done.I can honestly say that Peter made the process easy and was a very pleasant and professional person to work with. As he continues to gain experience I would expect to that he will become a very good sales person.Please tell him that I appreciated his help moving all my "stuff" from the Tacoma to the Pribs.Bill Smith
