Our X5 was overheating while traveling from MD to NY on I-95. A google search for nearby BMW service centers led us to Union Park in Wilmington, DE. We've never been in the area and knew nothing of the business. We left the car in a mostly deserted parking lot on a Sunday afternoon hoping it would be found safely the next day. Monday morning, George Shaer called and made all our fears go away. He was excellent. George and I spoke a number of times throughout the next couple of days. He was prompt, thorough, researched my car's history, performed other routine maintenance it was scheduled to receive and was so professional. I can't say enough about the excellent assistance provided by George.
