My daughter has bought her last four vehicles through the Niello dealerships and has told me how amazing the experience was for years. I thought, how great can it be; its a car dealership? Well I am now a believer that the car buying experience can be fantastic! When I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle recently, my daughter took me to Niello Land Rover to see if they might have anything in their inventory that fit my needs. We worked with Zach, who had recently helped her on a purchase. Wow what an experience! Zach helped locate the perfect vehicle at another Niello dealership and had it transferred for me; he was like a concierge through the process. Gina in financing was just amazing, helping me understand the loan programs and requirements, and walking me through the process. Everyone I came in contact with was positive, friendly, and helpful. Sean, who had also helped my daughter, came over to visit and check in. It felt like we were at a blend of high-end retail store and friends house, rather than a car dealership.
