Bought our first and last Subaru from this dealership. 2015 Outback Limited. Brand new car and the fuel door won't open about 85% of the time. Of course it's a factory defect, call and am told they've seen hundreds of new Subarus with this issue. Now comes the problem with this dealership.Service department is deplorable. You have a car with a fuel door that won't open and you call up and it's 3 or 4 days before you can get an appointment. It's always several days out before they can address any issue in their service department: emergency or routine maintenance. They must have one service bay and one mechanic. People don't always have the ability to wait several days to address issues when they come up. I've owned Honda, Lexus, Acura, Toyota even Dodge products and every one of those dealerships you could call in the morning and have your car seen the same day. When you do get there they act like you should be grateful they even agreed to see you. They were arrogant and condescending when we arrived slightly early and asked if they could go ahead and take the car, "we'll honor your original appointment time only".As I said, back to Acura or Lexus asap. No more Mickey Mouse service departments.
