We thought we had found the perfect car for my daughter in Victorville even if it was $1200 over our budget and 1 hour and 15 minute drive. We test drove the car, liked it and started the paperwork. They wanted to finance it but I explained I had cash for most of the sale. Then looking at the auto check, form, I saw the that the mileage was 12,000 miles off the advertised mileage. When I mentioned this, he looked a bit upset, but shrugged it off as a typo and offered no apology or discount. When I started to worry about this sale, he got very upset, and basically said, "Well, you don't have to buy it". It's like he didn't want to calm our worries. He just said it was still a good deal and looked at us as if we were crazy. When, we stood to go, he got extremely agitated, put on his jacket, and handed the keys to another employee who went with us for the test ride and icily said to him, "put it back".I think I was keeping this guy from his dinner so he wiped his hands and left. We had talked to Hiro on the phone and he had seemed real nice but was with another customer, so they assigned us a very friendly, nice employee who took us on the test drive, but then this guy decided he would do the paperwork and I didn't trust him from the moment we sat down with him. (I actually can't remember his name). He was in a hurry, pushy, and slightly irritated that he was brought in to complete this sale. He didn't make us feel important or special for purchasing a car. I just didn't have a good feeling about the transaction and felt I had to do what my gut told me to do which was to walk away.

I live several miles from this dealership and so I called to give an offer price before I drove there. James said that he spoke with his sales manager and that they agreed on the price but that I had to come down there to make the deal. I drove there, 2hours one way, the first night I went to look at the vehicle and inspect it, multiple issues, the second night I went back to buy, they raised the offer by a thousand, this was after I inspected it and found $2,000 worth of repairs needed but I still said I would purchase it at the agreed price and that I would just use the warranty to cover the repairs. But they still backed out by adding $1000 on top of the original offer so I left. Then I read reviews on the dealership and found that people are rating all the Mitsubishi dealers in so cal under chuck bien are ran the same scadalish way... I'm a Soldier, and this is how they treat us... Don't get caught up in the mess, save the hassle stay with Chevy Dealers...

I came in to simply check the fog lights on my Raider. 1. There was nobody to greet me at the service area. I had to go inside and I found "Jesse" watching TV in the waiting area.2. He advised me there is no technician on duty today to look at my car. I needed it looked at today as it was going to snow this afternoon - and it did!3. I asked to speak with the manager. He's off today.4. May I have his business card? No, he doesn't have any. What???5. The service bays looked empty and half of the lot had cars. It really looks like another Mitsubishi dealership biting the dust.6. Jesse could care less and actually had a sheepish grin on his face as I entered my car to leave.He wanted me to drive another 40 miles back to the dealership tomorrow to correct my lighting issue. I'm wondering if I even want them to touch my car now. Are they qualified?I guess after 14 years of owning Mitsubishi vehicles this will be my last.

I bought two lancers and was told that they each had the bluetooth installed in both vehicle's.it was late at night when the car's were bought and was told to come back in the morning and they would show my wife and i how everything worked.when we arrived the next morning[jimmy] our sale's manager was not there,someone else had to help us.well that person tell's us our car's did not have the bluetooth installed in them when the night before we were told they did,if i'm not mistakeing that's fruad jimmy flat out lied to us to get his sale.I have checked complaint's with the BBB and this is not the first time he has done something like this.But if we want to pay for them out of our pocket's that would be no problem, he could have them installed. But from what i have read about that dealership it would be more lie's. dominic our salesman was allso telling us the same thing's like him and jimmy had planned this scenario out. this all happened on 9/30/11 at 9:30 pm. allso the bluetooth was a major selling point and I fill they will tell you anything to make a sale. I.E. lie/cheat/commit fruad whatever it take's I guess corporate does'nt care who represent's them !!!!
