Haddad Kia of Bakersfield has sold me a new car , which had serious problems within 2 days of purchase. Took it down to be checked- the service department did not check it, just said it was probably the eco system button on- causing the transmission not to engage right. Did not check the car. I leave and two days later engine shaking so bad I can't drive it and check engine and oil pressure light on. Kia has to have a tow truck tow the car to their shop. I told them then, and even Tuesday when the first sign of problems on my brand new car happened, that I did not want this car that obviously was having serious problems in the engine or transmission. Told them I wanted my money back or a car just like the one i bought without problems. I have left about six messages and several texts- they are not answering my calls or messages. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not go to this Kia. They have been rude, unhelpful and every bad thing you have ever heard about a car dealership. The service department was rude and snippy as well. I now have to contact the DMV investigation dept, the BAR, the BBB and whoever else might be able to help me. I bought a new car to NOT have mechanical problems- imagine my horror when day 3 of buying the car- it has issues that make me afraid to drive it. Wish I had never walked in their door.
