Due to a software incompatibility issue, the instrument panel cluster be inoperative including a blank multiple functional display (MFD), and non-functional warning chimes, messages and warning lights. Vehicle was advertised on Cars.com so I sent dealer a message on Cars.com and also on their own web site, asking for more information on a Thursday. Expected to hear from them on Friday and if I was happy with the response I was hoping to come purchase vehicle on Saturday during the hours that they said were open. Dealer didn't respond to either one of my requests until the following Monday around noon. I guess that they don't want to sell vehicles if they don't respond. Went and bought vehicle elsewhere.
