Kia Motors America (Kia) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Soul, and 2021 Seltos vehicles equipped with 2.0L Nu MPI engines. The piston oil rings may not have been properly heat-treated, which may result in engine damage.

I have to give cudos to Greg Gunn and Stephen! What an incredible buying experience! This is my second vehicle to purchase from Greg...followed him from Houston. Greg kept me informed, was very patient and I didn't have to haggle a deal with him. Greg is professional and to the point, I like that I am a pretty direct person (but polite). I did shop quite a bit...I had a hard time choosing as I love my Mazda CX-7, just needed something newer since I am very independent and I'm on the road quite a bit. I'm just going to the be up front, I do not like anyone to treat me like I have no idea what I am doing and other dealerships did just that and adding, I do my research: Crash/safety rating, reviews, etc.... For goodness sake...learn how to give a proper handshake. Ok, moving forward. Stephen has been a hoot to talk to and has also kept me in the loop each step of the way. I am so beyond pleased with the customer service and all the extras they have offered to make sure I am safe and have what I need with the car. Anyone who knows me, will acknowledge that I am guarded when I put me stamp of approval on something, especially with a price tag that goes with making a purchase of a vehicle.
