I purchased my Toyota Corolla two years ago and have gone back for the regular services and they were ok but the previous to this time I thought maybe I would just go somewhere else and I am so glad that I didn't.I made an appointment for my 30,000 mile check up and Preston Walters met me and we chatted about the problems I had been having and they was one problem that I had reported twice before and it still didn't appear fixed. The other two questions were about tires and checking out if I could attach a little trailer.Preston was terrific. He came back with not only verbal answers to my tire and trailer questions AND he had my blue ray fixed (he asked for the phone while servicing and this did the trick) but he actually had paperwork for me to read over with him. So I will always go to Hatch for my Servicing and ask for Preston. Good no GREAT Job service Department at Hatch Toyota Show Low Arizona
